A Business Visa is strictly given to those who would really like to create a business-related trip to India like creating sales or establishing contact on behalf of an organization outside of countries Border.

An applicant going for employment in projects/contracts in India must apply for an Employment Visa, and not a Business Visa. If the applicant doesn’t meet the wants of the other visa types, he/she should apply for an Entry Visa.

Spouse and dependent members of the family attendant the applicant should apply for Business Visa as well. Their visa length would finish according to the visa period of the principal visa holder. The Business Visa applicant should receive the visa before applying for attendant spouse and dependent members of the family.

CONDITIONS

Business Visa is granted subject to the following conditions:

1. The applicant could be a person of assured financial standing and has experience within the field of the intended business.
2. The applicant isn’t visiting India for the business of cash disposition or petty commerce, or for full-time employment in India involving payment of salary in India, etc.
3. The applicant can have to suits all different necessities like payment of tax liabilities etc.
4. The grant of a Business Visa is subject to any instructions issued by the govt of India on the idea of reciprocity with different foreign countries from time to time.
5. A Business Visa should be issued from the country of origin, or from the country of domicile of the foreigner provided the amount of permanent residence of the applicant in this specific country is over 2 years
